This Spanish Colonial home built in 1929 is located in Tampa Bay's Beach Park neighborhood which was developed in the 1920s on the waterfront of Old Tampa Bay. The Pool pump and filter were installed in 2021. (Inline pool chlorinator was installed in 2024). Wood fences were installed across the rear yard and alongside the driveway. This home and 2-car garage had no water intrusion from the recent storms.
